Introduction
The basic components of rotary kiln are the shell, the refractory lining, support tyres and rollers, drive gear and internal heat exchangers. Rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials. Rotary kiln is mianly applied for calcination of clinker, refratory materials, bauxite, aluminium oxide, hematate, limestone, dolomite and other materials.
